Faith Acres works everyday helping families and individuals facing the challenges of life with relationships, health and finances. With people living pay check to pay check it takes one small set back to devastate a family for months.  Many families and our aging community are struggling between paying the electricity bill or purchasing food. By visiting our Sharing Center Pantry some of their fear and stress is relieved understanding they are not alone and that we care.

Does Faith Acres have a budget?

Yes. Our budget each year is based on the goals and objectives of each program area within our Sharing Center. The four program areas of Faith Acres Foundation are Prayer, Relationships, Health, and Finances. More information about each of our program areas and resources we partner with can be found under Resources above.

What payment method options can I choose from?

The online giving program is configured to accept direct payments from checking or savings accounts. Donations made using your checking or savings account have the lowest processing fees when made on our website guaranteeing the highest percent of your donation be put to work. We also accept credit & debit card payments online although they have a slightly higher processing charge applied of up to 3%.

How often will payments be pulled from my account?

The program can be configured to pull funds from your account at a frequency that's right for you. You can have your donations pulled, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly.

How can I get a record of my giving?

You can request a giving statement from the Faith Acres Foundation's Treasurer at any time by emailing [email protected]. This statement will cover both your automated giving as well as any other giving you make during your visit to Faith Acres Foundation. To request a year to date statement be send to you please email us or call the office of Faith Acres Foundation. Please Note Giving Statements are sent out Yearly as required by Law in addition to monthly thank you letters which indicate that month's total giving. 

How do I update my bank account or credit card information?

If you need to edit your bank account of credit card information please delete your existing giving profile and create a new giving profile. For instructions or additional assistance please contact our Website Administrator at webmaster.faitha.org.

Can I test this system by giving one time?

Yes. There is an option to give a one time gift. This is a great way to better understand how the system works.

I've signed up for the automated giving program but would like to change my preferences or need to stop. How do I do this?

You can make changes at any time by using the "View Giving Profiles" button on the sidebar. Once you login you can change any of your preferences or stop your automated giving. If you have any trouble please feel free to e-mail our webmaster or phone the office of Faith Acres Foundation.
